Instant height
The lift sits inside your shoe, under the heel, where no one ever looks. From the outside you are simply wearing your usual sneakers or boots – you just stand a little higher in them.
No chunky platform soles, no special “lift shoes”, nothing to explain. Just the posture and eye level of someone a few centimetres taller, from the moment you put your shoes on.
Arch-shaped comfort
Cheap lifts are flat wedges that tip your weight forward. These are shaped: thickest under the heel, rising gently under the arch and tapering away before the ball of the foot, so your foot is cradled instead of perched.
Soft, breathable foam cushions every step – so a long day at work, a dinner or a night of standing doesn't turn into counting the minutes until you can take your shoes off.
Your own shoes
Because it's half-length, the insert stops before your toes – the front of the shoe keeps its room, and your favourite sneakers, boots and roomy dress shoes stay wearable.
Move them from pair to pair in seconds, or pick up two pairs so your trainers and boots are always ready.
The lift lab
Three thicknesses, one idea: more height without changing your shoes. Tap a level to see the difference it makes.
The easiest height to get used to. Enough to sit a touch taller in the room, slim enough for shoes with less space inside.
A noticeable difference in the mirror and in photos, while still feeling natural to walk in all day.
For the biggest difference. Needs a shoe with a deeper heel so your foot stays secure – boots and high-tops are ideal.
Drawing exaggerated for clarity. The number is the insert's thickness under the heel; foam settles slightly underfoot and the visible gain depends on your shoe.
Inside the insole
Most of the lift happens where your weight lands – the heel – and the shape does the rest. Here's what's going on under your foot.
The side your foot touches: soft and breathable, so the insert feels like part of the shoe rather than something added.
Rises gently under the arch so your weight is spread along the foot instead of resting only on the heel.
The polyurethane foam body that does the lifting – 2, 3 or 4 cm thick under the heel, tapering to nothing before the toes.
Before you buy
An honest guide – because a height insole only works if your shoe has room for it.
2 · 3 · 4 CM
The easiest fit. Most have a removable insole you can swap out for extra room.
3 · 4 CM
A deep heel hides even the tallest insert and keeps your foot secure.
3 · 4 CM
The raised collar holds your heel in place – ideal for maximum lift.
2 CM
Works when there's room inside. Start with the slimmest height and check your heel stays in.
NOT RECOMMENDED
Low backs leave nothing to hold the heel – it can slip out as you walk.
Rule of thumb: if your heel rises close to the top edge at the back of the shoe, choose one height lower.
Set up
Pick 2, 3 or 4 cm for the shoes you'll wear most. Not sure? 3 cm is the usual starting point.
Slide the insert in until it touches the back of the shoe, thick end under your heel. Tight shoe? Remove its own insole first.
Wear them around the house for an hour. Heel secure and comfortable? You're ready to head out taller.
When it counts
Height isn't everything. But in a handful of moments, it's nice to have a little more of it.
Walk in at the eye level you'd like to have – in the shoes you'd wear anyway.
Group photos last forever. Stand at the back row without standing on your toes.
A little extra presence when you shake hands – in your normal dress shoes.
Hours on your feet, so the arch-shaped foam earns its place.
Once you're used to it, it's just how tall you are in those shoes.
Customer stories

I was worried they'd feel like walking on a squishy wedge. The heel is supportive and the arch part actually lines up with my foot. First day felt slightly different, by day three I forgot about them.

I'm on my feet most of the day and was worried about sore heels. The foam is soft enough that it's been fine through full days. I took my shoes' own insoles out to make room.

Chelsea boots have so much room at the heel that the 3 cm pair is completely invisible. Looks like I'm just wearing boots, which is the whole point.

He'd never buy lift shoes, so I got these as a surprise. He wears them in his everyday trainers now and says they're more comfortable than the insoles that came with the shoes.

Bought the 2 cm pair for my brother's wedding because I always end up looking short in group shots. They sat inside my normal leather boots and nobody had any idea. I've kept wearing them since.

I didn't want to swap them every morning, so I got two pairs: one stays in my work shoes, one in my weekend sneakers. Easy decision for the price.

I'm 1.68 and it's always been a thing in my head. With the 2 cm in my sneakers I just feel more relaxed standing next to people. Small change, but I notice it.
Each insert adds its thickness under your heel: 2, 3 or 4 cm. Foam settles a little underfoot and every shoe is different, so treat the number as the maximum lift rather than an exact measurement.
Most people start with 3 cm in sneakers. Choose 2 cm for dress shoes or slimmer trainers, and 4 cm for boots and high-tops with a deep heel. If your heel feels close to the top edge at the back of the shoe, go one level lower.
The insert sits inside the shoe, under your heel, so nothing shows from the outside. In shoes with a low back you may notice your heel sitting higher in the shoe – that's why we recommend shoes with a deeper heel for the taller options.
Sneakers, trainers, boots and high-tops are ideal. Dress shoes work when there's room inside – start with 1.5 cm. We don't recommend loafers, ballet flats, sandals or other low-backed shoes, because the heel can slip out.
Only if the shoe feels tight. Most sneakers have a removable insole – take it out and put this one in its place to keep the original fit.
They're made from soft, breathable foam with an arch-shaped contour. Any change in heel height takes a little getting used to, so wear them for a few hours at a time during the first days.
One pair is a left and a right insert in the height you choose. Two pairs gives you a second set so you can leave one in each pair of shoes.
